SIVOO Announces Technology Services Agreement with JumpTV

(Pink Sheets: SIVO), creators of the CEDR technology platform for IP video
management announced today that it has entered into a three-year technology
services agreement with JumpTV Inc. (TSX, AIM: JTV). This multi-year
strategic relationship leverages SIVOO’s CEDR technology platform to create
Video-On-Demand (VOD) assets from JumpTV’s extensive streaming content
offering of over 10,000 live sports events per year from over 175 sports
properties and 250 channels from 70+ countries.
SIVOO will turn a large portion of high-demand Sports and Latin
American content from JumpTV into Video-On-Demand and will manage the
distribution of this video to JumpTV and their partners. “The CEDR
technology platform provides JumpTV with the ability to leverage their
existing video assets into multiple distribution channels as
Video-On-Demand in order to reach the largest possible audience,” said
